By using ElevateForward.ai ("we," "our," or "the Service"), you agree to the following terms. These Terms of Service govern access to and use of any reports, tools, or consulting assets delivered by ElevateForward.ai.
You may access and use our reports for internal business purposes only. Reports are licensed, not sold, and may not be resold, redistributed, or published externally without written permission.
All content, formatting, and methodology used in our reports remains the intellectual property of ElevateForward.ai. You retain ownership of your submitted data; we retain rights to the insight structures and delivery format.
You agree not to use our reports to train AI models, replicate our service, or misrepresent ownership of the content provided. Any violation may result in account termination or legal action.
ElevateForward.ai provides strategic insight, not guaranteed outcomes. We are not liable for any business decisions or losses incurred as a result of using our reports or recommendations.

ElevateForward.ai ("EF") grants you (the "Partner") a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access, distribute, and co-brand Elevate reports for client use under the following conditions:
Reports may be used only in the scope of client consulting or delivery
All content must retain original structure and attribution
Redistribution beyond intended client use is prohibited without written approval
ElevateForward.ai retains all intellectual property rights to report structures, templates, methodology, and branding. Partners may not resell, reverse-engineer, or replicate any part of the Elevate system.
White-label or co-branded use with EF approval
Limited edits to align to client tone, provided structure and credit are maintained
Internal use within partner’s delivery teams and client relationships only
EF may revoke access at any time for misuse, breach of terms, or reputational harm. Partner must destroy or return all EF materials upon termination.
EF provides strategic guidance but does not guarantee specific client outcomes. Partner assumes responsibility for how reports are applied in client engagements.

Applies To: Consultants and agencies purchasing insight credits through ElevateForward.ai
By purchasing Elevate credits or subscriptions, you receive access to:
A fixed number of insight reports per term
Use of reports in client projects (internal use or client-facing delivery)
Optional co-branding or white-labeling for eligible accounts
You may not:
Use reports beyond the scope of your direct client engagements
Resell reports as standalone products
Modify core frameworks or structures without approval
Credits are non-expiring and may be applied at any time
No refunds on used credits
One revision per report is included
Volume discounts or team licenses may be arranged separately
Subscriptions renew monthly or annually based on your plan. You may cancel at any time, and access remains valid for credits already purchased.
You agree to handle all report content and client data with confidentiality. EF will never access your client inputs without permission and does not store completed reports beyond necessary backup and revision history.

At ElevateForward.ai, we stand behind the quality and clarity of every report we deliver. By purchasing or using credits, you agree to the following terms, which are designed to ensure transparency, fair use, and legal protection for both parties.
Each insight report requires one credit, which may be purchased individually or in discounted packages.
Credits are tied to the email address/account used at the time of purchase and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Unused credits expire after 12 months and are not eligible for a refund after the expiration date.
Credits are transferable upon request to other users within the same organization or to another business entity related to the purchaser (e.g., in case of mergers, acquisitions, or internal reorganization). Transfers must be requested in writing to support@elevateforward.ai and will be reviewed for approval.
Credits may be used for any current or future ElevateForward.ai product unless explicitly excluded by product-specific terms.
Every report includes one revision cycle, which must be requested within 7 calendar days of the initial report delivery.
Revisions may address:
Clarification of provided inputs
Minor scope adjustments
Factual or data inconsistencies
Revisions do not include changes to the original intake form information (e.g., changing project goals, audience, product focus, or messaging direction). Substantial scope changes will require the use of an additional credit.
If no revision request is received within 7 days, the report will be considered final and closed.
Credits that have been applied to a report are non-refundable.
Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase upon request. After that period, all sales are final.
Refunds must be requested via email to support@elevateforward.ai, and must include the purchaser’s email, payment details, and order confirmation number.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Reports are shareable within your organization and may be distributed internally for business use.
Credits are associated with individual user accounts, not pooled across teams unless part of a custom enterprise agreement.
Reports may not be publicly redistributed, sold, or repurposed outside your organization without written permission from ElevateForward.ai.
Reports generated by ElevateForward.ai are based on data and inputs provided by the user and industry-informed models. They are intended for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or business advice.
You are solely responsible for evaluating and acting upon the contents of any report.
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or data.
Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific credit(s) or report(s) giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The current version will always be available at elevateforward.ai/legal-privacy. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
