How long does it take to get a report?

Reports are delivered within 5 business days of your completed intake form. Once your form is submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know we’ve received it.

I haven’t received my report. What should I do?

First, check your inbox (and spam folder) for your confirmation email. If it’s been more than 5 business days since submitting your intake form, please reach out to us at support@elevateforward.ai or use the form on this page.

What if something in the report isn’t clear to me?

Every report includes up to two refinement cycles. If you have questions, want clarification, or think something may need to be revised, reach out and we’ll work with you to ensure your insights are fully understood.

Can someone walk me through the findings?

We’re happy to clarify the report and verify your intake information. If you need deeper guidance, we can connect you with a partner for a consultation (additional fees will apply).

Can I update or change my payment method?

Payments are charged immediately when you purchase a credit and cannot be changed afterward.
